I have been working with Reiki energy for 28 years now, and feel very honoured and privileged to be attuned to Masters Level in Seichem, Tera Mai, Usui, Faerie, Elven Shamanic Reiki and Shamanic Soul Retrieval Reiki. I love being able to pass that healing on to others whether it be through healing or training.

Reiki is a beautiful, gentle but also potentially powerful energy which was discovered by Japanese Doctor Mikao Usui over 100 years ago.

Reiki can be performed either with hands on or off and aims to balance Mind, Body and Spirit in a non-intrusive way. It can complement and be used in conjunction with other therapy techniques as well as working alongside regular orthodox healing.

A Reiki practitioner gets their energy from Universal Life Force and it is believed the healing energy knows exactly where it is supposed to go.

Reiki can never harm us and is a brilliant way to promote general well-being and can easily be learnt for ourselves and to heal others.

Meridian Psychotherapy incorporates a range of 'energy psychology' tools and uses our human energy system with psychological problems such as fears and phobias as well as physical ailments, and emotional and mental imbalances. 

The aura, the chakras and the meridians make up our energy system and Meridian Psychotherapy techniques (eg EFT, Kinesiology, Hypnotherapy, Reiki etc or a combination thereof) can unblock negative energy and remove blockages, allowing healing to occur and our body or mind system to process our problems. 

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) makes up the primary work of Meridian Psychotherapy and was developed most by Gary Craig during the 1980's.

EFT works particularly well on a whole range of problems and issues from stress, depression, relationship issues to addiction and panic attacks. 

It is a bit of a 'one size fits all' formula whereby meridian points are tapped. A 'basic recipe' or tapping procedure is used with the client, which the therapist encourages the client to learn and practice for themselves. 

EFT is often used when other healing techniques have been exhausted and can have remarkable life changing results. Whilst being extremely gentle, it can be tried on almost anything and provides rapid relief with virtually no side effects.

A relatively new therapy, Angelic Light Healing can be used by itself or in conjunction with other healing practices to enhance our lives and deal with many of lives issues that we have to face.
